Day in the Life of a Professional Photographer #3: Sort, Cull, Process and Archive.

On an average day I'd guess I shoot 200 photos in an hour. If my camera could go beyond the 3.4 shots per second maximum burst rate and had a bigger memory buffer I'd probably shoot more. But I am also learning (slowly) that less is more.

Right now I have 33 folders of photographs I have yet to sort, cull, process and archive. Each folder probably represents about an hour of shooting, so that's close to 6600 photos to deal with!

Every now and then I realize I need to sit down and concertedly go through the growing pile and sort, cull, process and archive. Today is one of those days.
