Taking part in a National Day of Action with the fast-growing national movement to put an end to the Dakota Access pipeline, activists blocked traffic for 5 minutes in an impromptu die-in after circling City Hall and stopping off at enabler institutions such as the Army Corps of Engineers, Wells-Fargo Bank and TD Bank.
